Lightroom & ACR Presets | The Storyteller

Presets give you a base to start. They are only a portion of your complete image production. Do not expect to have final, ready-to-send images with only 1 click ... unless of course you are skilled enough to perfectly control your settings and light in every single shot. 

The weather, type of lens used, the time of day and many other factors will effect your images in a major way, so prepare to tweak these presets to your liking so that they match your brand.

As this is a downloaded digital product, all sales are final.

There are no refunds or exchanges for any reason. No exceptions. Please make sure that you are purchasing the right presets for you and your brand.

1. The conditions of these TERMS OF USE supersede any and all prior agreements whether oral or written between Chantilly Lace Photography LLC and the Purchaser as identified on the Bill of Sale. In the event that any provision of these TERMS OF USE are found to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to judicial decree or decision, the remainder of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. By purchasing these Lightroom Presets, the Purchaser, hereby agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in these TERMS OF USE.
2. All Lightroom Presets, are copyrighted by Chantilly Lace Photography LLC, which retains all copyrights and moral rights, including those not expressly granted in this agreement, to each and every Lightroom Preset.
3. All Lightroom Presets, may be used in the production of personal and/or commercial images.
4. All Lightroom Presets, may not be resold, redistributed, disseminated, mimicked, copied, reproduced (in whole or in part), or shared in anyway to a third party. The Purchaser, as identified on the Bill of Sale, is allowed One (1) license per person or per business.
5. Due to the downloadable nature of this product, NO refunds will be given for any reason.

If the Purchaser, violates the terms of this TERMS OF USE, irreparable harm shall occur, and money damages shall be insufficient to compensate Photographer. Therefore, Chantilly Lace Photography LLC shall be entitled to seek relief (i.e., a court order) to enforce these TERMS OF USE. The prevailing party shall have the right to collect from the other party reasonable costs, both compensatory and punitive damages, and necessary disbursements and attorney fees incurred in enforcing these TERMS OF USE.

It is agreed that the laws of the State of South Carolina shall govern this agreement.
